Aromatherapy is based on the usage of aromatic materials including essential oils for the sole benefit of improved psychological and physical well-being.

Aromatherapy has been used for centuries! When inhaled, through direct contact with an essential oil bottle or through a diffuser, the scent molecules in essential oils travel from the olfactory nerves directly to the brain and impact the amygdala, the emotional center of the brain.

Essential oils can also be absorbed by the skin, with many having a great impact on rashes, skin irritations, and wounds! Did you know essential oils are anti-bacterial!
